Q: What kind of artwork do you accept?A: We accept nearly all forms of digital artwork. Adobe Illustrator is preferred. The next best thing is a PSD sized to desired print size with colors seperated into their own layers.
Q: What if my artwork needs to be touched up?A: We don't charge for very minor touch ups. In fact, nearly all artwork is tweaked slightly to ensure the best print. However, major clean ups will be returned, or at the discrestion of the customer, will be cleaned up by us at a charge of $40/hour.
Q: What if I need something designed for me?A: We mostly try to focus on getting jobs out the door in a timely manner. So we will normally refer you to one of our trusted artists for anything more than touchups.
Q: Do you keep my screens on hand for re-orders.?A: The short answer is no. The long answer is, if you ask nicely. Actually, the deal is, we keep our setup fees as low as they are by NOT keeping screens on hand. We don't have the storage or the screen inventory to hold on to all the jobs we do. If you know you will need a re-order in a short time period, let us know, we'll probably hold on to your screens.
